Blazer Jobs is actively seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) to join a highly respected school district in Niceville, Florida. These are full-time, onsite contract positions for the 20252026 academic year. New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
Starting pay is $40 per hour for new graduates, with competitive increases based on experience.
Primary Responsibilities:

Provide specialized speech and language therapy to students who are deaf or hard of hearing

Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and implement IEP goals

Support student access to classroom instruction and communication

Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Monitor progress and maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Licensing and Experience Requirements:

Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
-
Valid Florida state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

School-based experience preferred but not required

Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
